What a fantastic evening of Padel with the Woodstock Team 🎾 three courts, changing teams, two hours of friendly competition in a gorgeous setting ❤️ so much fun, perhaps the vino between games not recommended 😂, slightly sore glutes today and thanks to 12k.padel for supplying a brand new racket to the winner Rachel! Can’t wait for the next one…. Gorgeous and v busy Saturday in Woodstock and Blenheim today. Firstly Pilates Bootcamp woodstockpilatesstudio to shake off the cobwebs, little Evie to the groomers for an overdue haircut and a visit to blenheimhorse for an afternoon with the wonderful Jacob jacob_a_lockwood and Ruth of lockwood_smocks. Fantastic, authentically British 🇬🇧 company with brilliant, stylish and durable clothes, all made in the UK with British fabrics - and they served the strongest GnTs (always a great sign 🍸) thank you for your amazing hospitality 🙏🏼 and can’t wait to order my new gilet for walking this winter. A different kind of post today… One of the questions I get asked a lot is: how do you eat out so much and stay healthy? There is no secret trick, I have just built a lot of exercise into my routine. Recently I have stepped things up a bit and I’m excited to start sharing it! Starting with 📍 woodstockpilatesstudio 📍 My very first reformer Pilates class! I had never set foot on a reformer before but Kate the instructor was brilliant, she explained everything clearly and kept an eye on our form the whole time. It was such a different kind of exercise to what I am used to but it was nice to do something that was less about cardio and more about control and strength, something I don’t do often enough! It also definitely woke up some core muscles I didn’t know I had 😂💪🏻 If you want to try a reformer Pilates class I can’t recommend enough! Top tip 👉🏻 you can reward yourself after at The Backlane Tavern 👌🏻 There is nothing better than getting out and exercising! ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ DANGEROUSLY ADDICTIVE !! I’m so glad to have tried out my first Reformer Pilates class at woodstockpilatesstudio with the gorgeous gals from brandpayofficial. I came away from the class feeling so calm, and grateful that I’d taken the time to prioritise myself! Kate was super clear so us newbies didn’t get lost, and I was pleasantly stretched (pun intended!) by some of the exercises - I think me and that core of mine need to have a sit down 😅 💪
