I have heard so many people rave about their pastries and now I understand why.. they were huge and so so so tasty. Although we had slim pickings I am glad because the aubergine parmi danish might just be the best pastry I have ever had 😍 proofsocialbakehouse is part of the tapsocialmovement - a social enterprise that creates training and employment for people in prison and prison leavers. @thesarahstreet I thought I didn’t like coffee… turns out I don’t like sh*t coffee proofsocialbakehouse you are a dream come true 🫶🏼 ☕️Part of the tapsocialmovement Proof is their coffee and bake house sister based in Kennington/Sandford Lock, so after a stunning walk by the river it is the perfect place to stop and recharge. 🥧Their pastries are some of the best treats I’ve come across in Oxford. So so flavourful and perfectly flaky. The raspberry and custard was actually heavannnn with sweet silky custard and beautiful sharp raspberries that cut through. Absolute bliss. You can also watch them prep and bake their goodies whilst you enjoy yours! 💛The staff are just as lovely and actually helped me with my coffee order (I’m trying to be an adult and like coffee) and they pushed me to try an oat latte (adventurous, I know) and it was bloody lovely!! You can purchase their coffee beans, ground or whole, to enjoy at home! Proof… I WILL be back!!! 📍Kennington/Sandford Lock ✨ another brandpayofficial find
