Today celebrates fitnessatthefarm turning 8 years old! The first two photos are Leah’s early attempt at social media :) The farm remains such an amazing place to go and exercise...granted it’s sometimes cold, wet and muddy...but always a lovely group of people, great coaches (lw_life_86 , mjd_coaching , jennyeeley and natulouise ) the best dogs and occasionally you’ll get a beautiful sunrise or a sunset if you time it right!! It’s been up for well over a week… another lovely tree from fitnessatthefarm and finished off with the festive bringmethehorizon bauble for another year! Also an Angel made for me by my mate daughters last year after hearing I didn’t have one. Merry Christmas everyone!

These days I very rarely go out to eat “blindly”. As eating at restaurants has sadly got so much more expensive (and your gal’s not made of money!) I usually check what offers are out there and narrow it down that way 💴 You’ll have seen me post about brandpayofficial before. It is a loyalty scheme that allows you to make money by posting about accredited venues that you have visited - in turn, you can then spend that money at other venues which will make your bill cheaper. Anyone can use Brandpay (you don’t need to be a food blogger or have a minimum following!). Another silver lining of using it is that it has encouraged me to try places that are accredited and I hadn’t been to before. Started in Bali originally, Brandpay is now well established in Oxfordshire! Name a better way to start a Saturday… A fitnessatthefarm circuit class followed by saunaatthefarm sauna corner!!! Absolute bliss🧖🏼‍♀️ 💧Felt so refreshing doing cold water therapy and sauna in this cold crisp air - the only bad thing is, that I want to live there forever! Cold water therapy is super super beneficial in so many ways from physical to mental health, especially in the beautiful countryside nature. Weekend Dump ❤️❤️❤️ Friday Lunch: mizuizakayarestaurant for Dad’s birthday – absolutely incredible as always. The team here are just the best and the food never misses. Friday Evening: Fridays at the Farm with fitnessatthefarm x saunaatthefarm 🌾 Always such a good vibe – and I even sold loads of bits for my little side hustle staywild_crochet ✨ Saturday: Family day 💕 Sunday: 7:30am – Early river walk with the fam 🌿 9am – Killer class at fitnessatthefarm with lw_life_86, followed by the dreamiest coffee & blackcurrant crumble flapjack from ardingtonbakery (still thinking about it 👌) 4pm – bunkfest 🎶 Can’t believe this amazing festival is right on my doorstep – the best way to end the weekend!

The BEST way to start a Saturday morning 🌅 💪🏼🚜Had the best time fitnessatthefarm today, it was our first time and everyone was SO lovely!! (We did the farm circuits class) Working out outside felt so good and I will 100% be returning with a sauna session to finish!! Everyone bringing their dogs for the ride was my favourite addition I must say - just a lovely atmosphere and good coffee too (I say as I’m only just getting into coffee) 🦆Just opposite Millets Farm in Frilford so a lil trip to the farm shop and animals can also be enjoyed🫶🏼 How wholesome 🧖🏼‍♀️You can book sauna sessions and so many classes to choose from!!
