living_the_dream_after_50 So lucky to be involved in a new venture with these lovely ladies from brandpayofficial and our first get together was at one of my absolute favourite restaurants ox_two_ and, as always, it didn’t disappoint ☺️ OXTWO is a small plates 🍽️ restaurant and wine bar 🍷 The small crafted plates are so delicious that I want to eat them all and the equally delicious sharing plates that are cooked over fire (I never want to share mine) alongside a fabulous tailored wine list. My small plates of choice this evening were the chicken 🐓 liver brûlée with a grape 🍇 and red onion 🧅 chutney with toasted sourdough, followed by tiger prawns 🍤 with miso head butter and cashew satay. Both were exceptional 😋 I thoroughly recommend chef_johnnyparke award winning food and if you haven’t tried the Sunday roast, you really must! 🤤 📍 267 Banbury Road, Summertown, OX2 7HT

peachysplates 📍ox_two_ - Oxford 📍 I tried ox_two_ for the first time last night, they opened just 6 months ago in Summertown and it’s honestly such a hidden gem 💚 I mean look at these beautiful plates 😍 my favourite had to be the Korean chicken wings, WOW. I only got two small plates but I recommend getting three! Everyone’s food looked amazing (I wanted to try everything) so I am already planning my next trip back! peachysplates 📍 thebacklanetavern 📍 This pub is tucked away in the ‘back lanes’ of Woodstock and run by the same team as ox_two_ (which I posted about recently 👀) so has the same small plates selection 😍 Between two we shared 5 dishes and a dessert and I would say this was the perfect amount! A special shout out to some standout dishes: Korean chicken wings (again, this time was Matts fav) - with ranch dip 😍 Pork belly taco - this is a MUST. It’s only one taco so quite expensive but it was my fav! Dark chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline and blackberry sorbet. Beautiful. Tropical Daiquiri - not too sweet, just perfect! The atmosphere in here was lovely and the staff were so friendly! If you are ever in Woodstock I would recommend eating here, a 10/10. How do i get paid?
Once you are registered to brandpay with your mobile and instagram handle, we take care of the rest. Think of brandpay like a virtual wallet. As soon as your post content on Instagram, mentioning a business on brandpay, your earnings are instantly deposited into your brandpay account.
How do i spend my money?
If you're not familiar with QR based payments, you're in for a treat! When your bill arrives, tell the cashier you will pay with brandpay. They'll present a QR code. Simply scan the QR code with your mobile camera, review the payment request on your phone, and click confirm. All done! If your brandpay money doesn't cover the full bill, you can settle that through traditional methods.
