Trying something new, adding a different type of reel to my page was definitely nerve racking however like someone before us said, you need to take a step in order to go forward. Push yourself to try new things in order to grow!! Pilates is such a great way to get your strength, conditioning and cardio in while bonding with your friend, family or even where you make new friends. In life it’s okay to take a break, same as Pilates. Stop comparing yourself to that girl next to you who actually has been going there for the past 3 years when you’ve just started. Stop and look in the mirror, smile at yourself for showing up and the progress you’ve already made for pushing yourself to be in such a goal-orientated and driven moment in your life. Adding raw videos was such an excitement for me. It allows for such a catfish platform to highlight that we are human and not perfect robots. We make mistakes, we try again and make the same errors and that’s okay. sophiefit.vegan Gorgeous morning on the Goldie today, tried out strong_ashmore and used a rowformer for the first time, honestly genius and felt like such a good workout combining both the row (or bike available) with the reformer, was absolutely dead by the end 🔥 I was given a full demo of the rowformer before the class which was super helpful as a newbie! Loved the easy to follow demonstrations on screen, how motivating the instructor was throughout, and loved being treated to an ice cold flannel at the end of class which was well needed!
